"This has been the worst experience I've ever had in obtaining life insurance. First, I was required to go take labs, but the lab company results were so incorrect that 1) I was denied insurance and 2) I thought I had a life threatening issue and needed medical help immediately. After a week of thinking the worst, I had to spend $240 on my labs from my doctor showing I was in perfect health. I've now been going back and forth trying to get my life insurance approved. So I'm still waiting for approval for my life insurance, all while doing administrative work for free for state farm in handling this. I sent the proper labs, and still haven't been approved. I wasnt even that mad about spending $240 of my own money to make sure I wasn't dying, but now I'm having to make calls to my doctor to see if they received the fax from state farm so he can respond. All because of faulty lab results I received through the lab state farm sent me to I'm now in a nightmare of a situation. This is absolutely rediculous. We spend $400 a month with state farm. I should not be doing their job, and spending money I don't have right now to prove I'm healthy. Getting life insurance should not be this difficult for people in perfect health."

"Updated 4/20/24 Elizabeth Trusty at Chelsea Terry State Farm has been such a great help to me for a while now. She recently figured out that I have been carrying two homeowner's insurance policies (the other company canceled, sent a refund check, and then reinstated it anyway) and walked me through everything I needed to do to fix the situation. She has also stayed after work SEVERAL times to ensure I got what I needed for auto insurance. She's always super kind and helpful, and she anticipates my needs and reaches out to me before I have a chance to contact her. I've worked with several people at this office, and I've received nothing but great service. I don't quite recall how I found this office, but I'm thrilled I did! The staff is always kind, helpful, & communicative. They also have great rates and really listen to & work with you."

No one plans to experience damage to their home, and oftentimes people go with the cheapest rate, bargaining against the inevitable. After discovering that our home was damaged and temporarily inhabitable, I breathed a large sigh of relief because I remembered that State Farm’s home insurance coverage is the best in the market and that my home is well protected.
